Mrs. B. INDRANI, the Principal of Aravinda schools, has set a milestone in the field of education in and around Vijayawada with the ardent support and encouragement from her brother Mr. Ch. Chadhra Sekar Reddy, conquered the multi facet of education and proved that the arena of education has to undergo a revolutionary change.

A seed was laid two decades ago to make the village children of the surroundings of the current Aravinda, literates. That was the strong intention of opening a school in my father’s own fertile land. Since its inception, hundreds of children completed their schooling, and settled in various professions. Today the Aravinda alumni are in successful positions all around the world.

During the years of the evolution of the school, my brother dedicated himself to better the system of education passionately. He invited eminent people to ignite the minds of the children. He also put all his self less efforts to balance the academic excellence and creativity. After his demise, the school with its core group today, continue working and carrying the Spirit of Raja Sir !!

The parents are happy with the inputs and opportunities given for the  holistic development of their children in Aravinda, With all the two decades of experiences  and my visits to various best schools in India and also meeting the great educationists I have been seriously  thinking of reconstructing the curriculum , teacher’s training and processes of learning .

When I looked into the theories of Child Psychology and Educational Philosophies of  Maria Montessori, Rudolf Steiner,  Sri Aurobindo and  Jiddu Krishna Murthy , I strongly felt the need to think on this more intensively holding the hands of teacher and parents .

I think this fire of discontent within, leads to care for  every single child in the classroom and this can be done only when, teachers , parents and educators take the complete responsibility. We are also in the process of upgrading the school with the more challenging and dynamic ICSE syllabus , starting from LKG and upgrading each year.

Many new ideas are going to be put in action and we are striving hard to go on the next plane of results where the child finds great happiness and true learning each day.
