Late CH. CHANDRA SEKHAR REDDY, the Director of the Aravinda Group of schools, has set a milestone in the field of education in and around Vijayawada. He imbibed the true spirit of education from his father Mr. Ch. Venkata Reddy and with the ardent support and encouragement from his sister Mrs. B. Indrani, and his wife Mrs. Ch. Padmaja conquered the multi-facet of education and proved that the arena of education has to undergo a revolutionary change. For this great cause, he invited the help and service of all the like-minded people and appealed to his staff to render unselfish and tireless service for the upliftment of society through properly channeled and guided education.
This great visionary guided his team to a great position. It won't be too exaggerating to say that he had brushed out all the ailing compartments and gave new life and enthusiasm to it. He always highlighted the need for creative and innovative learning that suited the temper of the students. His enthusiasm to provide the best quality education compelled him to ensure the children with the best possible infrastructure with furnished and spacious classrooms. He always believed and made sure that his children should not lack anything in school.
Now the school is equipped with a full-fledged computer lab, Language lab, Science lab, LCD hall, and Library with thousands of books, Excellence in education is calculated in the modern world when children excel in different levels of competitions. The potentials of competition among city dwellers are much higher than the rural. So to prove the rural students are not behind anyone he proudly guided the school into the “SAHES” group and proved their real mettle.
He always approached his team of teachers in a spirit of conciliation and urged them to work hard. His skill of drawing hearts towards him never made them go astray from him. The magical bond he never broke even in times of crisis.
Though he set his foot in different realms of education he never neglected the ordinary task of daily classroom teaching and learning. He always ensured that learning must be the outcome of a stress-free environment. In order to cast out the spells of stress and tension he always encouraged the different intramural competitions consisting of sports, athletics, and fine- art events. He made sure that each event had brought in a festive fervor of joy and pleasure. He took the risk of adorning the festivals of school with the presence of an eminent person who could motivate and inspire the students in their life.
The frequent interactions with the students made him win their hearts. This always brought out many glooms in the students. The support and the encouragement that he rendered made the mall forget their worries and look forward to prosperity. He often turned to be an affectionate father to the inmates of Aravinda Hostel. The gentle smile, affectionate queries, gaiety walk always reminds us all that he was the real King of Aravinda (Lovingly called as Raja) whom no one can imitate or replace in any form.
A man of great vision, ideals, and ambition has completed his voyage ahead of us showing the path that we have to voyage through.
