In the quiet village of Tadepalli, at a time when children had no access to nearby schools, one man had a vision that would change everything. Shri Chaganti Venkat Reddy, a humble and devoted farmer, saw the untapped potential of rural children and felt a deep inner calling to give them the opportunity they deserved—an education that would open doors to a brighter future.
With unwavering determination and a generous heart, he transformed his own five-acre farm into a school campus. What was once land for cultivation became land for cultivation of young minds. From morning till night, he stood by the institution like a rock—protecting, nurturing, and preserving the spirit of Aravinda built on the ideals of goodness, service, and learning.
By 1990, his children—Late Mr. Ch. Chandra Sekhar Reddy (B.E.) and Mrs. B. Indrani (M.Sc., M.Ed.)—stepped in to help carry forward their father’s vision. With deep academic insight and modern educational values, they brought structure and strength to the school.
Farming was entirely given up. The land, once used to grow crops, now fully bloomed with learning, creativity, and potential. The school rapidly evolved into a vibrant center of education—dynamic, growing, and ever-evolving, yet firmly rooted in the values on which it was founded.
Shri Chaganti Venkat Reddy’s vision continues to guide Aravinda Educational Institution to this day. The seeds he sowed have grown into a thriving institution that not only imparts education but also inspires a way of living—based on integrity, compassion, and excellence.
"He is a visionary who created more than a school—he created a living institution, one that continues to evolve with each child it nurtures."
(Director, Aravinda Group of Schools)
A Visionary Leader, A Passionate Educator, A True Raja of Hearts
Late Mr. Ch. Chandra Sekhar Reddy, the beloved Director of Aravinda Group of Schools, was a true pioneer in transforming education in and around Vijayawada. Inspired by the ideals of his father, Shri Chaganti Venkata Reddy, and supported unwaveringly by his sister Mrs. B. Indrani and wife Mrs. Ch. Padmaja, he set out to revolutionize rural education—making it modern, meaningful, and inclusive.
With rare vision and deep passion, Mr. Reddy saw that the traditional education system needed transformation. He believed in creative and innovative learning that connected with the temperament and needs of the students. With a heart full of purpose, he invited like-minded individuals and inspired his staff to serve with dedication and integrity—always with a goal to uplift society through guided and value-based education.
He approached every challenge with the spirit of collaboration and compassion, guiding Aravinda Schools to new heights. It’s no exaggeration to say he breathed new life into the institution—breaking barriers and giving it renewed purpose and vitality.
His commitment to excellence extended beyond the classroom. He ensured that every child at Aravinda had access to the best possible infrastructure:
Fully-equipped Computer Lab
Language and Science Labs
LCD Hall for interactive learning
Library with thousands of books
Spacious, well-furnished classrooms
He believed that no child should be left behind—especially those in rural areas. Determined to prove that rural students are no less than their urban peers, he led Aravinda into the prestigious SAHES group—where the school’s talent and achievements could shine on a wider platform.
Even while overseeing the growth of the institution, he never distanced himself from the core of education—teaching and learning. His vision was to create a stress-free, joyful learning environment, where education was not a burden, but a celebration.
He strongly encouraged:
Intramural competitions in sports, fine arts, and academics
Festivals and school events graced by inspiring guest speakers
Student interactions that were heartfelt and transformative
Holistic education that built character, confidence, and curiosity
His presence in the school was magnetic. He greeted everyone with a gentle smile, walked the campus with quiet dignity, and engaged with students not as an administrator—but as a mentor, a father figure, and a true guide. His affectionate presence in the Aravinda Hostel, his warmth, and his deep concern for every child earned him the title "Raja"—The King of Aravinda", lovingly given by the students and staff.
Though he left us too soon, Mr. Ch. Chandra Sekhar Reddy’s spirit lives on—in every classroom, every event, and every smiling child walking the halls of Aravinda. His ideals, his compassion, and his visionary leadership continue to guide us.
“A man of great vision, ideals, and ambition, he completed his voyage ahead of us, showing the path we must now walk—with courage, clarity, and commitment.”
He is missed every day—but remembered in every success, every lesson, and every life that Aravinda touches.
🕊️ We honor him, we thank him, and we carry his dream forward.

A Visionary Educator, Nurturing Generations
With a deep-rooted passion for education and a career spanning over two decades, Mrs. B. Indrani, Academic Head of Aravinda Group of Schools, has played a pivotal role in shaping thousands of young minds in and around Vijayawada. With the unwavering support of her brother, Late Mr. Ch. Chandra Sekhar Reddy, she has helped transform Aravinda into a center of academic excellence and holistic development.
More than 20 years ago, a humble yet powerful vision was sown—to educate the children in the rural areas surrounding Tadepalli, using land once meant for farming. This vision, initiated by her father, Shri Chaganti Venkat Reddy, found its purpose in the creation of Aravinda Schools. What began as an effort to bring literacy to village children has now flourished into an institution whose alumni are spread across the globe, excelling in diverse fields and careers.
Throughout the school’s evolution, Mrs. Indrani has worked closely with her brother, witnessing his tireless commitment to balance academic rigor with creativity. Together, they invited renowned personalities and thinkers to inspire the students, making education not just informative but transformative.
Even after the untimely demise of Mr. Ch. Chandra Sekhar Reddy—affectionately known as "Raja Sir"—she, along with the core team, has continued to uphold and expand his legacy, staying true to the spirit of service, integrity, and innovation that he embodied.
Today, parents value Aravinda not just for its academics, but for the well-rounded growth opportunities it provides. Under Mrs. Indrani's guidance, the institution continues to prioritize character building, emotional intelligence, creativity, and joyful learning.
With her rich experience, extensive school visits across India, and interactions with leading educationists, Mrs. Indrani is now focused on the next phase of growth. Her mission includes:
Curriculum reconstruction for deeper, inquiry-based learning
Continuous teacher training to match global standards
Process-oriented education that empowers children to learn meaningfully and independently
"We are committed to giving every child a learning experience that is joyful, stress-free, and deeply human. Education, to us, is not about marks—it's about meaning."
— Mrs. B. Indrani
Director, Aravinda Educational Institutions
“A school where no child says, ‘I don’t want to go.’”
After completing his higher education at Deakin University, Australia, Mr. Chaganti Sai Aravind returned to India with a clear and heartfelt vision:
To build a school where every child feels happy, seen, and excited to learn.
He knew it wasn’t going to be easy. But he believed deeply in one truth:
“It’s not the child who needs to change—it’s the environment around them.”
Inspired by modern educational philosophies and his family’s legacy, Mr. Aravind began transforming Aravinda Schools into student-centric spaces—where learning is joyful, curiosity is celebrated, and no child ever feels afraid or bored to come to school.
He focused on training the backbone of the institution: the teachers. By introducing Teacher Learning Materials (TLM) rooted in modern teaching methodologies, he empowered the staff to adopt interactive, inclusive, and empathetic approaches to classroom instruction.
Under his guidance, Aravinda Schools began introducing:
Child-friendly, stress-free learning environments
A curriculum that balances academics with creativity and exploration
Activities that go beyond textbooks: art, movement, music, storytelling, hands-on experiments, community building, and more
A school culture where children are not just taught—but understood, supported, and inspired
Soon, students began to love coming to school. The classrooms became places of laughter, collaboration, and discovery. The school, once seen as a duty, became a second home.
With the support of parents and the school’s strong educational team, Mr. Aravind helped expand Aravinda's reach further. In 2022, he led the launch of a new CBSE campus, built on 2.5 acres, with spacious 550 sq. ft. classrooms designed as per CBSE guidelines—bright, airy, and built with the child in mind.
His journey is just beginning, but his mission is clear:
To create an educational space where no child ever says, "I don’t want to go to school"—and every child feels free to grow into their best self.
