Dr.Chukka Ramaiah, an eminent academician and well known personality also known as IIT Ramaiah to every house in Andhra Pradesh, redefines the education standards with his exemplary skill.

Visionary by nature, he wants to improve the levels of learning at the primary & secondary. He founded the Society of promotion of Academic Excellence in Schools (SPAES) by bringing together like minded experienced teachers, academicians & schools.

SPAES pursues innovative programmes to provide deep conceptual learning to its students in its quest for excellence. Carrying forward the recognized legacy of providing best quality education, SPAES also serves as the only education body with a strong will to achieve excellence from school level itself.

At Aravinda we take great pains to implement the SPAES programme perfectly. We emphasize deep, conceptual understanding of concepts to take on the work to solve the challenging problems in the SPAES curriculum.

One of the extraordinary activities in our school is a dialogue which is carried out as a regular feature in assemblies with our friend philosopher and guide M.Shiva Ram. Shiva Ram sir is a noted educationist who founded a network organization called STEP

STEP is a network organization founded by M.Shiva Ram sir who is a friend, philosopher, and guide to us. The aim of this organization is to develop through deep dialogue and training, students, teachers, educators & parents.

STEP has been active for a decade and has carried out hundreds of dialogue sessions and training programs.

STEP is headquartered at Aravinda and is close at hand to provide training and dialogue sessions to students, teachers, educators, and parents.

STEP has many resource persons who have formed the network and they are all working under the guidance of M.Shiva Ram sir.

Quietly, yet powerfully STEP marches on to enlighten the world.
